Are you ready for some football?

Dsc_0061Here they are your miami dolphins…LOl or maybe you are interested in patriots instead…we saw them both…at Gillette stadium.

I have to say that the stadium is a lot larger than I thought it was…Lol and I think there is this replica of a lighthouse, but I was curious what the heck was with all the desert grasses and other items at the base of the lighthouse?!

Dsc_0114_1Here are your New England Patriots!  WooHoo.  The giant inflatable helmet is just part of the Gillette Stadium fanfare..Hilarious.  They have these minutemen, aka revolutionary soldiers, that fire off their rifles everytime the Patriots score field goals and touchdowns.

O, and check out their mascot…cute..and the patriot…american flag hair…great stuff.  It was a good game in the beginning with back and forth action, but then it was all Patriots.  So sad for those Dolphins.

Dsc_0150And he is down and out for the round…o wait this isn’t boxing..my bad.  So I am still reeling from the weekend.  I am exhausted from a lack of sleep and I wish that I could just take a long nap.  That would be nice…I think that my body is ready to be done working two jobs and focus on myself and husband for a while, but how does one get rid of a second job that keeps you from going insane?!

Well back to the story about the game on sunday.

Dsc_0172Well here those revolutionary warriors, firing off their guns in honor of the points.

I thought I would share these photos at least.  I guess I have lost my will to continue to blog…I am bored with it now for whatever reason, but I wanted to get these pictures out for all to see! HAHAHAHA

That’s all folks…have a good night

It was a whirlwind weekend once again…and yes we flew up to Massachusetts to spend time with Terrie and Jeffy and head over to Gillette Stadium.  It was a kicker of a weekend with airport nuttery…and pickup craziness.

We got to the airport for what I thought would be a smooth trip of peace and quiet given the lateness of our flight, but we got this perky college student next to us and she was all but chatty…about her family and her her broker, who she was visiting in Rhode Island, etc.  We got off the plane and met Terrie downstairs by baggage claim and then the fun ensued…she forgot her parking ticket in her car, which she need to put in the machine to pay for her parking before she got into the car and drove to the exit.  Hilarious…we got to the car thought we could park and hit the machine before exiting…no such luck when we had to block the exit lane while cris ran by the parking attendant to the machine and put money in so we could leave.  Hilarious…

On Sat. we hit the Davis Farm Maze…lets just say that this maze is a monster and to get out of it is a pain….lol  here’s  photos of the maze:

There were 10 bridges total in the maze and all decked out with movie themes from pirates to super heroes to covered wagons and alien ships.  One of the scavenger hunts was to cross all 10 bridges and get your little program stamped to indicate that youhad been on all ten…and the punches actually punched out the number of the bridge you were on…gotta love scrapbooking materials from craft stores.

Here is one of the stunts in the maze…this was in the alien alcove…and I made cris slide down the dark tunnel from the mother ship. Hilarious…I think he has fun doing these kid things…honestly…while I was busy shooting photos and finding seals of SAG, TONY, OSCAR, etc.  Nevermind etching out the map pieces so we could get the heck out of the maze in the first place…lol

Aren’t they cute…This is terrie and her man, jeff, and they had a grand old time posing with their souveniers from the maze…gold coins…lol this maze is created by a London designer…and let me just tell you…he had us going around in circles for over 4 hours.  it was crazy.

I’ll have to blog a bit later about Sunday’s adventures, including the trip home via airplane.
