What do you see here in this duck xray?

The latest news report claims it is an alien head, but couldn’t it be a dollhead…isn’t that the more likely answer given humanity’s bent on pollution and leaving our trash lying about?  Wouldn’t that make the most sensible answer? Well, it would, but it certainly wouldn’t make any headlines or news.
