Construction continues even in the rain..
At least these construction workers seem to have a sense of humor…must have been a lot of hubbub about the construction. Too bad they haven’t figured out how to actually collect the quarters they could probably collect from these viewers.
Heck anna and I would probably pay to view it at least one time…lol
